All are welcome to attend the annual ecumenical Commemorative Church Service in the Swiss Historical Village’s Old Log Church. The service honors the over 100 Swiss immigrants who settled in New Glarus in August 1845. Many descendants of those early settlers still live in the greater area.

Music will be provided by Shirley on the old pump organ and by the New Glarus Jodlerklub. The officiant will be Reverand Mary Gafner.
