New Glarus Historical Society and community members are welcome to come and help clean up and beautify the grounds of the Swiss Historical Village. New Glarus High School students are also volunteering that morning.

Bring your own rake, gloves, shovels, trowels, and kneeling pads.  Wear sturdy work shoes.  Water, coffee, and a snack will be provided. The Village and Museum will open for the season to the public on Saturday, May 25th.   Let’s present our special place as welcoming to guests!

The New Glarus Historical Society is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to honoring, preserving, and educating the public on the settlement of the Swiss immigrants in New Glarus and the continuing rich history of the area.
